Ladies Selection Returns Policy

Our Returns Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

Please note: due to the intimate nature of some of our products, all items marked as ‘Samples’, ‘Final Sale’ or purchased during specific promotional events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is strictly enforced for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Standard Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy, you may return eligible items to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please log into your account on our website and follow the instructions. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified number of business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the faulty item at our expense and, upon confirmation of the fault, offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at your discretion. Please do not return faulty goods without first contacting us, as this may delay the resolution.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct product as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons:

  • Any item marked as ‘Final Sale’, ‘Sample’, or ‘Non-Returnable’.
  • Items purchased during specific flash sales or clearance events as announced at the time of sale.
  • Custom-made or personalised items.
  • Bodysuits, briefs, and other intimate apparel where the hygiene seal is broken or removed.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, worn, washed, or have tags removed.
  • Gift cards.

5. International Returns & Duties

Customers returning items from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We cannot refund original or return shipping costs, nor any import duties or taxes you may have paid upon receipt of your order. We advise you to contact your local customs authority for information on potential return duties. Refunds will be issued for the value of the merchandise only.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as refunds can often take time to post officially. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for assistance.

7. Sale Items & Promotions

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional discount are eligible for store credit only, unless they are faulty. Any promotional value associated with a returned item (e.g., a gift with purchase) must be returned with the item or its monetary value may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

8. Store Credit

If you receive store credit, it will be issued in the form of an electronic voucher code. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for online purchases. It is non-transferable, non-extendable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
