If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site.

Placing an Order

Acceptance of Your Order

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Ladies Selection will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event that we do not obtain authorisation for payment; that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock. We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website at any time.

Eligibility to Purchase

In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, billing address, shipping address, and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where we deem necessary, to request additional information from third parties in order to authenticate your identity and validate your credit/debit card details in order to process your order.

Pricing Policy

Duties & Taxes

For customers in the United Kingdom, our prices are fixed and include VAT. For customers in the United States, duties, tariff charges and taxes will be calculated at checkout. For International Customers, you may be contacted by the courier if there are any additional duties and taxes upon delivery. Regretfully, we cannot control or estimate these charges.

  • United Kingdom: UK customers view prices in GBP inclusive of UK VAT. No additional charges are added at checkout or during transit.
  • United States: USA customers view prices in USD. Duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout and paid for upfront for all applicable US shipments. This helps avoid delays and unexpected fees during transit or at the point of delivery. These charges will be calculated and included in your order total once a shipping address has been entered. The duties and tariff amount is calculated and collected at the time of payment, once your delivery address has been entered.
  • Canada: Canadian customers view prices in CAD. Pricing is exclusive of any duties or taxes. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes during transit.
  • Central & South America: American customers will view pricing in USD. Pricing is exclusive of any duties or taxes. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes during transit.
  • All Other Countries: For countries not listed above, pricing is viewed in GBP and is exclusive of any duties or taxes. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes during transit.

For non-UK orders, you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes levied by your local customs and tax office. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to estimate these charges. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro debit cards, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and via PayPal.

  • By Card: Debit and credit card payments are processed via a secure payment gateway. All transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  • By PayPal: PayPal is an online payment processing company widely used on the Internet to facilitate sales transactions, including credit card payments. When you proceed with making your online purchase and you select PayPal as a method of payment you will be transferred to the PayPal site where your transaction will be processed. You do not need a PayPal account and there is no additional cost to you.
  • By Instalments: This payment option is available to customers in several countries. Payment is to be made in 4 instalments over 6 weeks. There is always zero interest and no additional fees if paid on time. You can create an account during the checkout process to find out if you are approved.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

Promotional Codes, Discounts and Credit Notes

Promotional codes are non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives. If provided, they must be redeemed by the date published. Discount and promotional codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Discounts visible on the website without the use of a code are available only when visible on the website and cannot be applied to an order retrospectively. Credit notes are non-cash transferrable and must also be used within the allocated period.

Gift Cards

Ladies Selection Virtual Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:
